1. Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of J&B Lashes (hereinafter "Seller") by consumers and entrepreneurs.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

(3) An entrepreneur within the meaning of these terms and conditions is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts when concluding a legal transaction in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

(4) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Contract partner and conclusion of contract

(1) The purchase contract is concluded with J&B Lashes, Klosterweg 1a, 85445 Oberding, Germany.

(2) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.

(3) By clicking the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive a order confirmation or shipping confirmation from us by email.

(4) The contract text will be saved after the contract is concluded. You can view the order data and these terms and conditions at any time via your customer account or keep the confirmation email.

3. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices in euros and include the statutory VAT.

(2) For commercial customers (B2B), net prices can be shown; in this case, VAT will be shown separately.

(3) In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. The amount of shipping costs is determined by our shipping conditions.

(4) For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer.

4. Payment terms

(1) The following payment options are available in the online shop:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Klarna (invoice / instant transfer)
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Cash on delivery (only within Germany, plus cash on delivery fee)

(2) When choosing the payment method prepayment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped after payment is received.

(3) For payments via payment service providers (e.g., PayPal, Klarna), their terms of use also apply.

5. Delivery and shipping

(1) Delivery is made via DHL, GLS, or by freight forwarder (depending on product size and destination).

(2) Deliveries are made within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, to Switzerland, and to the United Kingdom (UK).

(3) Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is 2–3 working days, and to the EU, Switzerland, and the UK 2–7 working days.

(4) If an ordered item is not available, we will inform you immediately. Payments already made will be refunded without delay.

(5) Self-collection is excluded.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of J&B Lashes until full payment has been made.
For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from the ongoing business relationship have been fully settled.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal according to the Withdrawal Policy, available on our website.

(2) There is no statutory right of withdrawal for businesses. As a gesture of goodwill, a return of unopened, original packaged goods may be possible after prior agreement.

8. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

(3) The seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, the seller is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty), with liability limited to typically foreseeable damage.

(4) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection

All content, designs, images, texts, logos, and training materials on this website are subject to the copyright of J&B Lashes or the respective rights holders.
Reproduction, distribution, or publication without express written permission is not permitted.
For printed media, training materials, or other copyright-protected content, the right of withdrawal may be excluded to protect intellectual property.

10. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with legal provisions and our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is used exclusively for contract processing and communication.

11. Dispute Resolution / Online Dispute Platform

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

(2) If the customer is a business, the place of performance and jurisdiction is Erding (Germany).

(3) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
