📦 Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

Our items are delivered within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, and to Switzerland.
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs apply. These will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

2. Delivery Countries and Shipping Costs

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Germany: €4.90 shipping costs, free shipping for orders over €50

  • European Union (EU): €9.90 shipping costs, free shipping for orders over €99

  • Switzerland: €9.90 shipping costs, minimum order value €50

3. Delivery Time

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within

  • 2–3 working days to Germany

  • 2–5 working days to the EU and Switzerland

each after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Providers

Shipping is carried out with DHL or GLS. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking.

5. Self-Pickup

not possible.

6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us immediately.
Failure to report or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

7. Customs and Import Duties (for deliveries to Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer. These are not paid or invoiced by us but must be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.

8. Express Shipping (Germany only)

We optionally offer GLS Express for deliveries within Germany.

  • Delivery time: Delivery next working day (Mon–Fri) for orders placed by 2:00 PM. For later orders, delivery is postponed by one working day. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • Costs:

    • €11.90 for orders under €50 merchandise value

    • €9.90 for orders from €50 merchandise value

  • Note: Express shipping is a paid upgrade and is not included in the standard free shipping.
