📦 Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

We deliver our products within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, and to Switzerland.
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs apply. These will be clearly shown again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

2. Delivery Countries and Shipping Costs

We deliver to the following countries:

Germany: €4.90 shipping costs; free shipping for orders over €50
European Union (EU): €9.90 shipping costs; free shipping for orders over €99
Switzerland: €9.90 shipping costs; minimum order value of €50

Items that must be shipped by freight carrier due to their size or weight (in particular cosmetic and treatment beds) are excluded from free shipping. Separate freight charges apply to these items. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and before the order is completed.

3. Delivery Time

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within

2–3 business days within Germany
2–5 business days to the EU and Switzerland

in each case after conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Shipping Carriers

Shipments are made with DHL or GLS. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

5. Self-Collection

Self-collection of the goods is not possible.

6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery person immediately and contact us without delay.
Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

7. Customs and Import Duties (for Deliveries to Switzerland)

Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to deliveries to Switzerland and must be paid by the buyer. These are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

8. Express Shipping (Germany Only)

We optionally offer GLS Express for deliveries within Germany.

Delivery time: Delivery on the next business day (Mon–Fri) for orders received by 2:00 p.m. For orders received later, delivery will be delayed by one additional business day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Cost:
- €11.90 for orders with a merchandise value under €50
- €9.90 for orders with a merchandise value of €50 or more
Note: Express shipping is a paid upgrade and is not included in the standard free-shipping offer.
