Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of a single order of multiple goods delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last item.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

➡️ You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of printed media (e.g., training materials, manuals, brochures, or certificates) if they contain copyright-protected content and are not suitable for return for reasons of intellectual property protection;

  • in contracts with commercial buyers (entrepreneurs), unless expressly agreed otherwise.


Regulation for Entrepreneurs (B2B)

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs, we offer in goodwill cases the possibility to return unopened, original packaged products.
The decision is made after individual review and after prior consultation with our customer service.
