Note for commercial customers:

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. For commercial customers, entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, freelancers, and small business owners within the meaning of § 14 BGB, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal.

Regardless, we are happy to check on a case-by-case basis whether a voluntary return is possible. Please note that this can only apply to unopened, unused, and original packaged goods and that there is no legal entitlement to this.

Please also note that certain items may generally be excluded from returns due to legal regulations or hygiene reasons.
